There isn't really a... best realm... guess might just depend on if you have any friend on a realm... if your case east might be better because a lot more people here play east so you might be able to get helped out more.

then again wiz gloves arent often seen on west. it all depends who u play with. if u don't wanna duel someone with wiz gloves then find another game.

from what I hear west has problems with poofing wiz gloves and such while east so far doesnt seem to "suffer" from that problem...cant imagine why people closer to silicon valley have more problems.

I play Uswest but use to play useast when i had R/D, i never noticed a diff. between them

I've tried East and Asia a little on classic hardcore, but only like 3 people were on at the max so I just stuck with east.

I play West, but I say it's where ever you go...feel comfortable...and like to play. I flip to East when I get r/d and the peeps are nicer of there. West seems better for trading and of course scamming, duping, botting, spamming and all the other good stuff.
