Hammerdins are by far my favorite and the best rushing character out there as long as he/she wears Nigma. I mean insane damage and never worry about Immunes to you.

I still like rushing with Barb, but since I had a 2 year break from D2 I have never made a hammerdin... I guess I'll have to finish rushing my pally and do him up right.

well personally i like sorcs for rushing, but its a no brainer, all hammerdins if you have an enigma and godly everything else, but right nowin ladd i use 2 diff comps, me and my bro do hell rushes with lit and ice (its ok but we cant take that many hits, unless you have alot of cast)

Hammerdin's are the obvious rushers, we got that please stop posting that. It takes about 20-30 minutes in hell to rush with hammerdin, so no kidding they the best.

i say sorces, cuz in norm and nm, ya, you know. but even in hell, if the person you're rushing is like lvl 70+, which they should be, they can kill the immunies, ezpecially, if its a pally or zon, etc...

WTF ARE YOU AN IDIOT the only way it takes 20-30 mins to hell rush with hammerdin is if your a complete dumba$$ i rush hell in about 5-10 mins and thats not even with the best gear

you guys serious? Necromancers all the way. Hdins dont have the feature to protect the rushee Necromancers PWN ANY Hammerdin in anyting except duels. hammerdins SUCK

bleeeeaaaaauck. necros are slow... and if you can't rush a guy without getting him killed, you're in the wrong business. If you need 423423 minions who do crap damage to slowly get your way through and protect your client, you should stick to not doing it. Any other class just stands up front, takes the beating, and keeps going. I can grush level 1 newbs in hell and not let them die with my nl hammerdin....

It is also dependant on which kind of a rush You want. In my opinion, the best (that is if You are not doing HF rushes, but rushes for chars with whom You're going to play) is to make a rush server (public), wait till You have 7 news, give them all bows (ignoring their class) and use an enchant sorc. A level 1 naab does 600 fire dam or sth with decent enchant. This way You won't have to worry about tombs, cows etc, because it's the rushee that's doing the damage and the amount of exp that You get is just psycho... But for HF rush.... I've never had one, but it sounds like a Hammerdin is the wisest choice...

For Normal I would say a Sorc. For Night Mare it can be basicall Anything. ANd Hell The best for it is the hammerdin =)

some peeps saying zealot zealot gets owned in act4 cause of iron maiden but hammerdins are good except they expensive as hell to make my fav be a sorc with good merch prolly cold sorc they cheap pretty decent dmg and dont need nigma for tele and can get 2nd skill for immunes to hlp with merch

One of my friends grushes faster than anyone ive ever seen. Norm and NM is his Light sorc, takin out anything in one hit, his tele is the fastest ive ever seen, getting as much fcr he can for fcr bp. Takes bout 3-5 mins for just the rushing (not counting people joining the baal quest games, varies on who joins and who stays) in Normal and Nightmare. Hell he got his hammerdin and does normal hell rushing. But what amazes me is how fast he does normal/NM.
