first off im not sure if this in is the right place so if it isnt sry. next i know u all hear this all the time and r getting tired of it so if u have the petience to answerin the question 1 more time.

How am i find out if my comp got a key logger on it??

Probably just antivirus software, idk, i've never had one on my computer from someone else, only downloaded by one of my friends.

ya i ran mine and i had a couple of virus' and deleted them but i just wanted to b sure

Norton Anti-Virus should find it. Also try Spybot Search & Destroy, and if your scared of keyloggers, stay away from elterion. lol

I've fond that AVG finds a lot more than Norton does... try the free version of AVG it's great if Norton finds nothing.

For antivirus software, use Norton 2k4 or up, it scans for Viruses and Keyloggers/Trojans.

norton suks coz i can't install it, stupid parents had to get a 'windows 2000 nt SERVER' grrrrrr, currently i got no antivirus protection but i'm doing fine so far

Norton is awesome. Have you tried installing McAfee or something?

darkslayer, I would use Microsoft Antispyware, but I think it would do more harm than good... I hate Msoft

actually it hasnt allowed any spyware on my pc yet...*thank god* i usually dont like msoft either but i gave it a try and it works great

yeah man AVG rocks! i use it. nortons is hard to get rid of after youve installed it because it places files everywhere in your computer.

practically every program taht was listed here i use spybot & d AGV 7.0 adaware

all good progs. if anything these progs should be able to detect a keyloger.
