so ive heard enchanter do like 12k fire damage ive seen a chick called firenchant sheclaimed to hit 12k with crappy gear nm baaling so ive wounder how are they so good?

i made a zeal enchantress in SP and she did 13-15k. they hit really hard and can get pretty high AR, but their lack of def and life gets them killed really easily.

The firedmg you get from enchant is based out of the dmg in your weapon.
Good dmg = super boost
Low dmg = low boost

ATR stays the same.

fire dmg is not based on weapon dmg. it adds a specific amount to ur attack. i was wearing a passion phade blade when i had 13-15k dmg. maybe u were thinking about avengers, cuz vengeance dmg is based on weapon dmg.

No, i was thinking of enchant.
I was in a baalrun game and a enchant sorc came and helped.
She asked us how much dmg we got added, and all had different numbers.
Well, it is highly possible that people was lying, but i guess i never know.

maybe facets and certain items boosted the enchant dmg? i'm not sure if that works.

i have tested my enchant dmg with various weapons. it added the same amount of dmg as long as my changed gear does not have any +% fire dmg.

Maybe you are right.
I once noticed that lightning mastery add charm dmgs.
Maybe for a melee sorc enchantress she would prefere some good fire dmg small charms?

my SP enchantress had these skills:
20 enchant
20 fire mastery
20 warmth
20 shiver armor
rest split between telekinesis and energy shield

In the last picture, the sorc have a def boost by the barbar. Probably order and command too.

other than the skill charms (which had no second mods i think), anni, and the stone archon i used in my pic, there's nothing especially expensive, so enchantresses are pretty cheap to make compared to most classes.

edit: a +4 bo cta was also used.

some info on the charms i used:
- 3 of the 10 fire skill gcs have 40 life each
- anni's stats are 15/12/9
- there are 8 plain 20 life scs
- the last sc is a 214 pdsc (over 9 sec)

note:
i prebuffed my enchant with magefist, 2x soj, mara's, lidless, arach, and +3 eschuta's. without that prebuff my final dmg is only a little over half of the dmg shown in my first screenshot up there.

as u can see, the dmg bonus shown on the skill is rather low, but that dmg is actually multiplied by fire mastery AFTER enchant is cast. if u enchant another player, he/she will not benefit from your fire mastery bonus.

I had about 6k normal attack damage with enchanted occy, with gcs and good gear you can get a bow merc to do a good 14k and just tele around

crazy damage, in europe encantresses use enchant with that runeword that gives zeal, they woud own all melee
