its a start. now you should see if you can get it to wave and say "Hello world!". After that move on to things like moving the left foot then the right and so on. Before you know it your guy will be able to walk to Akar and say "Hello world!" and wave then walk back to where he started....i bet you'll cry.

1-3. Crack it by using Onlyer's d2loader!
Extract Onlyer.rar, extract d2loader-110.zip and copy the Diablo II.exe into your Diablo II folder (make a backup of the original Diablo II.exe)
KEEP THE D2LOD CD IN THE CD-ROM DRIVE TIL YOU GET THE BOT WORKING PERFECT!!!

Quick question for yeh guys, when i go to install Yamb it works fine, but then i dont know what to open it with so the installation screen will come up...is there a program or anything I need to use? Doubl clicking on it will not work for me it asks what I should open it with. Get back to me when you can.
