Cant seem to find a working download for this program.

Can someone help me by linking one for me or maybe helping me aquire this somehow?

I had it once and it was deleted when I had to redo my comp.

Doesnt work for me.

Starts the download page then goes to a "Server not found" page then it locks up that browser window.
