its pure randomality. no lvl req. or mf req. to find "better" stuff.

nope lvl doesnt really matter, unless your using lvl based mf equipment in which like with skulders ire, the mf increases per lvl and since your friend is 90 he probly kills faster then a lvl 85 and gets more runs done because of that.

Has anyone viewed variable sheets? The game decides what drops by TC/cLvl. The higher the iLvl of an item, the less of a chance to find it. How often have you seen a level 60 find better items than a level 90 mfing? Sure, MF may have been reduced to a 250 cap, but level DOES make a difference. Same with crafting. cLvl and iLvl matter, because a level 30 can't create level 60 attributes. Modding taught me that.
Thanks, Now I don't have to level my sorc LOL!

-Le-sigh.- Head over to Arreat Summit and view the crafting/mf guide. It does matter.

mf isnt reduced to a 250 cap, but it does have diminishing returns.

Mm, I knew something looked fishy with my post. Well, as for level goes, it does make a slight difference. As for MF? Blah, I use a level 87 smiter with 63 mf, simply because he skull bashes Meph and Pindle fairly well. Also, rune runs are a breeze. =P I still find great items with so little MF, thanks to 0 MF in 1.1 being equivilant to 80 MF in 1.09. Lol. In pit runs, anway..."
