3 perfect diamond

I have 3 perfect diamond in my private stash, im level 23, but when I insert them into a 3socketed shield they only show a total of 33% resistance to all. When I hold my cursor over them they show 11% resistance to all. Ive read that they should show 19% resistance to all, anyone who knows what might be the problem?

take the shield off check res's. put on and see if its +57 or +33 your getting.

First time playing Diablo so I thought that a "Diamond" was a ""perfect diamond".
