the insv charm on open can be set by hero editer u need to select the state thingy and then u scroll down and u will see 'set state invs' sumting like that i think.......

and to explain ur phenomenon, thats cuz some1 tried to join the game and he got "failed to join" message, if ur in the game u see "x dropepd due to timeout"
