from what i understand it isn't a hwole lot of a hack. just a glitch. go over to the lady that gives the radament quest, to the wall to her right, there's barrels. the person inside has the anni, outside has the stuff to trade. when the person inside drops the anni, the person outside sees the anni pop up outside the wall, but when the person drops the trade for the anni, its outside the wall too, and the other person is inside. so recap: person inside has nothing, person outside has anni and items he was gonna trade.

there might be a drop hack other than that, i dont really know.

Act2 Drop hack is the one at the palace where one person is on ledge with anni and other is on the ground benith the ledge and then one person has drop hack and when the person with anni drops it he just drops him from the game stealing his anni.( hope that clears some things up).

it not really a a2 hack it a drop n lag hack. it works newere in acts, but it seems a2 is the most popular.

Uhhhh All You Have To Do Is Unplugg Your Cable For As Long It Takes You To Get To The Anni Or Whatever Then Plug Back In And Pick Up Fast Fast Fast. Easy Shit To Do.
