Whos going to win?? A sorc who can tank 20+ fireballs or some crappy sorc who dies from 1 stray fireball... you tell me silver....:eek:

well generally if u duel another fb sorc with eshield on if u get hit with one fireball u wont have enough time to tele away before u get hit with 10 more and really good fireball sorces can have over 20k fireballs so thats gotta hurt. besides, sorces get better at dodging fireballs after dueling a bunch of times so speed is better, but if u cannot move as fast what use is a really good energy shield if your too slow for your mana to recover?

To bad 200%fcr sorcs can't do that much dmg. And I can tank like 10-20 fbs w/o my mana even dropping past half....

since when did i say switch every item for fcr? anyone remember a time? no i didnt think so either. your 120% fcr build would seem fine except if i infact did go to 200% fcr i could change hoto for eshutas therefore bringing up my dmg. next i can switch lidless for sanc bringing up my fcr, switching fb ormus for umed vipermagi which lowers my dmg but heightens my resists lowering my dmg with 1 fcr ring with resists and an soj and therefore getting 30% viper + 35% fcr spirit+ a 20% fcr resist circlet umed+ 40% fire eshut+ 2 fcr ring 20%+ arach 20%+ magefists 20%+ afletch 20%=200% fcr, and 10 fire gcs+anni+ 5 all resist scs gives me 50 resists from viper +15 resist from circlet+ +23 resists from afletch+ 15 resist from a fcr ring+ 9x5 all resist scs (45) + a 20 resist anni=168 or 68 in hell, which isnt enough resists right? well ive not included 30 resists from anya on the three difficulties. this makes 198 to all resists or 98 to all resists in hell, but wait. ive not included spirits resists because spirit has no fire resist it only gives +35 cold psn light. and what am i even talking about resists for? being able to tele circles around a slow sorc would make resists not very important. oh well. but if u can tank 20 fireballs at once and still be standing you must have either A. more resists then necessary and a very slow computer or B. a very weak opponent.

Want to just settle it and duel? We will see who wins. Otherwise just stop posting in my thread acting like you can actually build a good sorc.

WEll after reading this you expect your sor to be a tanker to other sorcs...Well if you just happen to be us east nonladder softcore i will gladly duel you with a caster...You can choose between a hammerdin, a trap sin, a fb (MF) sorc, or a foher.. you choice..

i would have to agree with fuggle nugget and some of the other replys the gear is a little lame and y wouldnt you use the lidless??? well its nice of you to let us know just in case we feel the suden urge to build a fb telle sorc

i like it only problem is why use energy shield at all. if u r pure fire then you shouldn't have to worry. also why not put points into teleport so you wont worry about being hit and you would need good fcr

There are always way to take down a sorc who can tele fast. Even if she have 200% FCR wich is the last breakepoint.
Telekinesis is a great defence for sorceress, even though i would max it in the start if i where to follow this build.

zZz..... fire sorc's suck dude... only good thing is good regnerate mana. my ES/lightning sorc beats fire ez.... btw, u messed up on ur stats. if u want a sorc that can TANK a barb, put at least 150 dex or more 4 max block. then rest in2 mana. if u knoe how 2, i would str bug ur gear. if u dont wanna str bug and dont wanna tank a barb, just put enuff str 4 gear and then rest in2 mana. no life, if ur ES, u need ALOT of mana.

oo and btw.... i heard sum1 talking about fcr and shit.. heres my sorc's gear. pretty cheap 2 get, but good..

Shield1ur'd lidless(50+ 2 mana)
weapon2:ne cta, mine uses a 6-6-3
shield2:lidless... u can use spirit if u want.
Armor:35 resist perf saphire'd viper magi
helm:perf saphire'd shako
Ammy:wraith collar... try 2 avoid using mara's or a 3+ lightning ammy.
Belt: spider
rings:2x sojs
gloves:frost burns... magefists if u want
boots: w brands... u can use ne boots that u want..

inventory:
9 light gcs, sorc torch,(u can use 10 light gcs if u cant get sorc torch) 9x 5 fhr sc's, anni

my sorc has a total of 120 fcr... 140 if u use magefists.
