Trang Shield Help

Once you put full trang on, the shield gives health regen and - enemy poison resist right? Well, for some reason mine wont give me it. Anyone know why? Its not socketed or anything so i dont know why it wont.

Full Set Bonus:
+50% Resistance To All
+3 to All Skills
+100 Mana
+200 Defense
+5 Replenish Life (0.488 Life Per Second)
+15% Mana Regen

The reason u dont get it is because its a 1.9 trang shield, which wont give the new bonuses. Only thing to do is to trade for a 1.0 one.
