Alright, I think I'm gonna make a PVP Enchantress.

GEAR

Weapon 1 = Beast Berserker Axe
Shield 1= Phoenix Monarch
Weapon 2 = CTA Crystal Sword
Shield 2 = Spirit Monarch
Weapon 3 = Grief Phase Blade( You'll see why)

Armor = Fortitude Archon Plate
Gloves = Bloodfist
Boots = Aldurs -or- Eth Treks
Belt = Verdungo's?
Helm = Ber Ber COA

Ring 1 = Angelic Halo
Ring 2 = Angelic Halo -or- Raven Frost
Amulet = Angelic Wings

Skills

20 Fire Mastery
20 Enchant
20 ES
20 Telekeneis
1 Shiver armor (MORE defense)

I would probably dump the rest into TS and Lightning Mastery, just for kicks.

Stats

Str - Enough for gear (use bonuses from items)
Dex - Enough for max block with monarch at level 90
Vit - Don't know yet
Energy - Dump it all here.

Inventory

10x Fire GCS
1x Annihilus
9x Resistance/life/mana charms. 20life/20 mana would be good here.

Merc
- Hell act 2 defensive (Defiance)

Infinity (Ber Mal Ber Ist) Ethereal Cryptic Axe
Fortitude (El Sol Dol Lo)Ethereal Boneweave
Giant Skull Bone Visagem 2os (for the str bonus) with 2x 15ias jewels

Explanation

Now, this is what you do. Use beast to change into a werebear, and then switch beast off for grief. Blam. Now you're a tanking sorc with mass life and high damage, high ar and pretty damn good defense. Not to mention you're a bear with TS and ES. Your merc gives you conviction, which means every hit with TS and enchant does that much more.

Now, I'd appreciate if someone helped me tweak this build (within the forums)

That's just it, I'm not sure yet. I'm hoping you guys could help me out.

This is what I'm thinking -

Strength - Enough for gear. (Should be 156 for Monarch)
Dexterity - Enough for max block with Monarch at level 90
Vitality - (I'm not sure yet)
Energy - Alot, you're going to be tanking with ES.

max block at lvl 90 with a monarch on a sorc...you're prolly looking at 200 dex points

i would actually max shiver armor for more defense. 1 point really doesn't do much.

i think it would be better to rely just on the fire dmg. sorcs don't have any skills that enhance physical dmg, so i think u're better off zealing with a passion phase blade. it's also a lot faster.

I'd rather grief cause it just adds 400 damage out of nowhere. Plus the bonuses from Fortitude and phoenix (700ed) , that adds alot. Another reason why I decided to do it like this is because phoenix gives -28 fire res. So if I'm already going to be doing 400ed, why not deck her out and do lots of physical, as well as fire damage?

I think 1 point in shiver still adds a nice amount of defense. Keep in mind that all the stuff in this gear set will be upgraded to their elite versions, and Already have alot of defense. Plus, I believe there is a bonus when you turn into a bear. TS would be for duels, alot of people like to run away when they're at 1 hp. -_-;;

with this youll be spending 146 on strength,175 on dex, 0 on vit and 184 on energy and you should have 581 mana with no equip.

Don't forget the bonuses from items, though. You could get fire GCS with dex or str mods... plus Anni.

Anyone know the breakpoints for FHR and IAS? I'd like to make this build uber-godlyish.

I think I'm gonna test this build. I'm pretty sure it'll work fine, but it's bloody expensive.

Right now I have - 8ist, Jah, Lo , 2mal and one fire GC. I need a little bit more and I'll be able to get phoenix.

i tried this on open and found that just sticking with beast as the weapon works better. it does more dmg and attacks at the same rate and givs fanta aura. also for helm id use ber ber coa to get the max dr

Does it really? I've given you rep for suggesting the ber ber coa. I had forgotten a helm completely, lol.

But not using grief would change the build completely. Fortitude would be useless.

What was your damage with the beast/fortitude/phoenix?

ok here is screens of the char with beast zerk and grief phase

also i just thought you could have a hoto in stash to cast enchant and the es and cold shield it will add more dmg/def

I have a better build ;-) But a bit costly goldwise.

Have a decent merc, prolly holy freeze merc. Make sure u have all the + gear possible for the highest chant.

Chant yourself and your merc before the following, as you will have to switch weapons and stay on this switch

Make the runeword Harmony... very cheap but good (tir + ith + sol + ko)

Make your 20 or so revives and the valkyrie and chant them all. Then you've got an army doing 2-3k fire damage.
not to mention you and them become pretty fast with the vigor aura on the bow.

I think it would work smoothly, but as somebody already mentioned, a Passion Phase Blade is awesome for the Zeal. About your skill points... shouldn't you max Warmth since it's a synergy to Enchant?
