Sorry to bring this up bought r/d's

Ok I havent ever had a r/d with d2jsp/YAMB but I had 1 yesterday and 1 today, Tool told me to lower my chicklife to 300 but I still got r/d.....Is their anything I can do to stop the r/d's cause my friend hasnt got one yet with his d2jsp/YAMB.
