Baal charms are just charms found in baal, so why doesn't someone just get a regular grand charm and offer it? Or is that not what a baal charm is?

a baal charm is a charm found on a hell baal run, it has the highest item lvl around, and it means that theres a higher chance of getting a skiller when u reroll them
