New BodyKit
#1
This is a wierd thing for me to post here... but the Commodore forums i post on are down at the moment so i'll post it here.. i know atleast CheshireCat is into cars....

I'm going to get the GTO front bar pretty soon, but not too sure on what to match it with... Was thinking the C2R rear, Clubby rear or Newgel rear...

GTO

Newgel

C2R

Clubby VX or VT

My car is a White VT Calais... (looks like the C2R pic minus the bottom skirt addon)

What do you think i should do? Also should I convert the rear lights to the monaro style or keep the VT look?

I seem to like the Newgel rear. Also that license plate was pretty funny. Victoria... On the Move.

I personally like the C2R's rear better. And I would definetly keep the VT look for the taillights.

Yea thats actually what i want to make it like... the standard VT look is quite ughle.. This is the *** of my car from about 5months ago.. it was very dirty and unpolished when i took this pic lol

I like the Newgel because it seems to have the same kind of look, it matches with the GTO.

Go newgel for the rear. Send me a pic when you get it done. I'd get a new color too, white gets dirty too fast.

Hot car. Have you done anything performance-wise to it?

Mine was only $20,000 AUD. Not too bad for a car with all the luxury options like power windows, climate control, full leather interior etc. It was $57,000 when it first came out though... I've put different mags on there, lowered it a fair amount, better stereo otherwise its a stock standard v8. Its the sedan that the 2000 Monaro is based on. (what we export to you as a pontiac gto.. the 2005 one anyhow and to Europe as the Vauxhall Click here for a video :p) For some reason the Pontiac version of the monaro has a bloody ughle body kit Confusedick2: and yet the Vauxhall was kept pretty similar. Going to get the front bar you see in that vid for my car Smile
