I think this would be more suitable in "Tech" section.
But anyhow, I use Norton Anti-Virus.

well I use AVG, Spybot S&D, and Ad-Aware. But seeing as how i got my acc stolen due to a keylogger you might want to look elsewhere.

I update them every time I go on the net.
