I have a 4os Eth Royal Shield, its Def. is 250 and has a 28 to all res mod. Is this good enough to make a decent exile?

its def would be 800-900 but people prefer %ed on exile shields rather then resists. its def is nice though.

I heard that 45res on a eth shield made into an exile is worth a lot more than ed%
