Im in 9th grade and I have a,b,c,d days. A and c are basically the same except one class same with b and d. Each class is 1.5 hours. It sucks. Math for that long....ugg....-_-

i got that too except the classes are the same everyday and ssr sucks if the only actual thing u have is reading...and im in high school n i kinda like the schedule besides the fact that they're so long. my school is also standards based. super easy. all you have to do is at least get a c on the finals n u pass! don't have to do homework! but only going for a c is a bad idea unless u like living on the streets!
anyways... i my english teachers so far have been hot... one of them was the cheer coach ......anyways, my science teachers are pretty dull but learning wise they were ok, but my math teacher last term, his class was fun an all but it go outta control sometimes and i didn't even have to pay attention most of the time to pass with a *strong* B

i disliked my physics teacher, he was a nice guy but he didn't know shit about physics. the class would have done better if my teacher was replaced with the physics answer book.

not realy sure what your talkin about with the C average thing, i know at least 5 people that had to drop out of high school and now make around a 100grand a year. while a C average isnt a great thing you can still easily get a job with, it just depends on how hard your willing to work for it.

I don't like teachers bye the subject they teach. I just don't like some subjects, for example, my computers teacher isnt to bad of a person but all we do is type. it sucks so bad. She had me fix one of her computers in the classroom =/ anyone can teach 8th grade computers.

More on topic, there isnt exactly a type of teachers that are hated it's more of the personality. I personally hate teachers that took my CD player away...

the one teacher i hated was my english teacher last year. she was one of those extremists who would faint at the smallest sign of "PDA" (public display of affection). one day tho, we did manage to drive her out of the class room by creating a mosh pit in the middle of a lesson...i had my mp3 player out listening to dimmu borgir, i attached it to some speakers and all hell broke loose.

if there was a teacher i do/did like....it would be my US history teacher who doesnt give us any classwork or homework and he gives us about 40 minutes before the bell to do whatever we want to do. block scheduling has its advantages ^.^
