Anyoneve ever et this before? I think I got it from the D2GameMaker thing I was scanning for Articnv (who's not cool...) and I ran the exe so I could see if it makes any files on my comp so yeah... What the **** is it?

The problem why you couldn't see the picture because in the link to the picture the .jpg part was capitalized (.JPG). Here is a correct link that'll work to see the picture:

Honestly it looks like your sorc with ES on tele'ed in between the walls. That happens sometimes. Just a random fluke.

Well I hate to state the obvious but it looks like something/someone screwed up one of the three things on the bottom left there. You wont know which till you click start now.

I don't think so due to the fact that I just did a Microsoft AV scan thingy and came up with nothing. Also, I've never gotten the error before and I can guarantee I've ****ed shit up like that before. I dunno, ****ed up shit. =\
