agreed no one wants to play the single player more than once because the surprises are no longer there. but the fact is it still drew you to play and you played devotededly b/c why? because it was a good game, you cant compare hl2 b/c it is a pc game not console i think everyone forgets that, pcs are always gonna have better graphics b/c you can buy better graphics card,sound card and what not; so really you cant compare it you have to rely on the systems like sound and tv for consoles. and not every one is wealthy enough to get good set ups so that also puts down the quality of the game but a pc is built to rely on a many systems but systems already paid for as a whole

Actually I played the multiplayer and on-line modes before I played single-player, lol.

halo2 was a waste of $59.99. I was quite satisfied with one, but because of the hype i bought 2. I wish i hadn't its almost the exact same(multiplayer) and who cares about the new single player levels. A few things new a few sniper spots, but it was lame. i give it a 2/5 stars because it didnt meet the hype. i'd take 007 nightfire for ps2 any...ANYday over h2

i do agree halo was much better then halo2 but still i love halo2 lots of money in it like i said if ur really good theres alot of cash in tourneys if u know at begining of the halos u see people playing i was offered a spot to snipe on the next 1. goes back to what i said about money very good cash

The only reason I can see to even get Halo2 is for XBL. If you don't have it, I would actually have to recommend not getting it.

I played it on xbox, but I'm gonna wait untill they release it on PC, I figure modders will make the game better.
'Cause Bungee certainly fell behind with the game.

It's not necessarily Bungee's fault that the game isn't what it should've been. They were actually rushed a great deal by Microsoft.
As far as it being overrated? I'd agree. It is fun, nevertheless (on XBL).
Ghost Recon 2 > Halo 2
Simple as that. Ghost Recon 2 is probably the best tactical shooter I've played.

hmm i think its overrated its not that fun (prolly cause i suk) but my friends are like addicted to it...
speakin of tourneys i got 2nd in the 2005 internat. halo2 tourney in tokyo japan made 3000 cash and other sweet prizes see why i dont want halo2 to be over i make sweet money off it
