Need New ladder runewords item pack

Hi I like to create and test chars on single player before I make them on closed.bnet

But New runewords has come and I would like to have an Item pack or a Drop mod for 1.10 (new) runewords.

you can't get ladder runewords on open or normal player there ladder only runewords sorry guys

well im sure you can hack the stats onto a charm and go nk :/

you can hack them so they have the same stats as the ladder ones...

exonflux used to make offline patches with new items so why couldn't someone make a normal patch with an addition to online items... with exons mods all you had to do was replace the d2patch file and his 4th darkwind mod had new items so it is very possible to be done just have to find someone good enough... anyone know what happened to exonflux anyways
