Super Block?

Ok since 1.10 has come, almost noone thinks about getting full block with dex points.

Is that because that it dossen't work anymore or has it just been getting badder?

A simple question, need a simple answer.

I do think about getting 75% block with almost all my chars ... max block is a life saver.(some times)

Because instead people want around 60-65% block, or none at all, and more life.

most casters dont like full block since they can tele so fast. other melee characters get full block.

alot builds now use 100-125dex range with just enough str to wear gear with other gear mods and then tons of life.
