This is my First guide.. Correct me If i am wrong..  i have a good idea on how to make one tho
Skills: Max in this order
1: Tornado
2: Hurricane
3:Cyclone Armour
4:Twister
5:Oak Sage
6: 1 Pt into Bear
Stats:
Strength: None
Dexterity: Max block 75% about 210+
Vitality:Everything once Max Block( be careful tho, As you lvl your block % goes Down)
Energy: None
Items: This Build.. Basicly You just have to be rich  Sorry!
Helmet: I suggest Shaeled Jalals, Or: +3 nado// And or + 2 hurricane Delirium
Armour: BP enigma Because you have NO strength
Shield: I suggest a Tower Sanctuary with Perf Resists
Weapon: Perfect Hoto
Gloves: Perfect Magefist
Belt: Arach
Boots: Gspurs, Or Eth Treks
Rings: Sojs
Ammy: 2 Choices: Perfect maras, Or Fletch
Switch Weapon: 6 bo cta + Lidless ( you cannot use Spirit Because Str Req, SORRY!)
Grand Charms: +8-10x Gcs /w +40 life
Your final Level Should Come Out To be About Level 92

Instead of sanct, I'd use ss for 30% DR, but I guess sanct for sm or extra res boost in hell.

id like to see a screenshot of this char's stats, and damage and stuff. ive seen some ele builds which weren't very competent...this one seems okay

Yeah, if you make them right, ele druids can pretty much kill anyone except bone necros, some hammerdins, and max fcr sorcs.

for helm i would use ravenlore. it give +3 to ele, resist, and other good mods. mine is um'd but u can cold facet for more hurr dmg.

some druids use 15% cold dmg nightwing for more hurricane dmg, and yeah u could use ss for a shield rather then sanc because u can get resistances from charms but not dmg reduct from charms. this guide seems alright

Ravenlore isn't good, jala has +30 res, 50fhr, and +2 is still ok.

hes doing 5k Dmg with 1x ele gc.. I may post the pic later for you..
And the Sanct has no dmg red but the res Dr is ok.. But u have to waste points into the strength factor..
WHich then takes away from your life:devilish: .. and tha just meses all up

nightwings aint that good 15% to cold doesnt help hurricane cause hurricane only does like 2k i'd go with um'd shako/ ravenlore i also dont think jalas has 50%fhr i thought it was 30 or something also i think SS is alot better but you'd need like 80points in str after enig you can use it... SS= hi defense good block rate okay res 35% dr Sanctuary has high resistance

I agree with the Nightwing Part.. ( also for the jalals U get the 50% Fhr with the Shael in it ) .. thats just what most people do.. I mean its not manditory.
For the Ss.. Its not really About Dr % if u ask me.. Because ele druids dont really duel a lot of melee and if they do its on them and off.. Usually they die fast..
IF: you are a good Druid and decide to duel a barb u shud know how to duel them.. U jumpa round them not on top of them.. Only ting i can say for the fools who jump on top of them is you a foo my friend and ur *** is grass :-) GOOD LUCK

Ill suggest with a rare circlet/tiara etc with 2 druid skills/20 fcr/life/res...Ull definately need the fcr...
And i can see ur ele druid can be frozen...add a cham to w/e helm youre using...Or switch 1 soj for a raven frost...cbf and adds to dex for blocking too..

yes.. ( my druid can be frozen ( CRY ) lol.. I didnt think it affected Fcr but now i understand :p
Yes the circlet is good if you can get it.. ( i suggest shael//Um if u can get a 2 os one ) Thank you for the Suggest

Im not sure if the fcr would help tho, ( u Certainly get capped at certiain levls like i think its 120 and 200

I agree, my wind druid has a rare Earth spirit with fcr, fhr, and 2ele 3 nado, he does maginificently in duels, but I just am to good with him, so he is my new BM character. I am working on a NEW ele druid build using a special wepon I just had an epiphany on, I'll see if it will replace the commonly used HOTO, but I'll have to make up for the FCR lost.

the best ele druid ive seen was simply unstopable......... he had 2 bonemaster rings on... perfect ed arach.... perfect 15% ed bp nigma.... perfect hoto..... perfect troll sanc.... legit 08 valk shealed..... grims.... perfect ed uped mages.... and a fletch.... he also claimed to have a perfect anni and he showed me 5 12% fhr ele gcs and 5 42 to life ele gcs.... he also had 9 15/70s in inventory and he was lvl 97... his merc was a cold arrow merc that had a rare matriarch bow on ( VERY VERY GODLY AND EXPENSIVE) a life 160-60 and a life 120-45...
he also had a perfect 6 bo cta and a perfect ed lidless

Don't use 15% Nightwings, it isn't that great, I used to use one on my ladder druid. I'd go with Jalals, Shael'd if you need extra FHR. I'd probably not use Sanctuary due to the fact that your cyclone armor should be taking the elemental damage, and resists have no effect on cyclone armor. You could also loosen up the amount of dex you use. You probably don't 75% block if you are using wolves, which opens up some more skill points for a SS or Spirit shield.

That's funny, because Matriarch Bows are amazon only, and an a1 mercenary is a rouge.
