Ryn, I really like the background. The text is an odd font and thgrave was right on with the blending. I'd give the background a 10 but the text a 6.

ya go find a tut or sumtin to blend the text better than try show us again 6/10 for now

and rate this new one i made and DONT TELL ME BOUT CONTRAST its the only way to make the colors show out more

Like silent warrior said and on top of that the brushing is kind of simple, and not enough dephness, try getting some new grunge or abstract brushes.
