Lose the Animation, And make the Text easier to read, I wouldn't say you need a pixel font but anferny seems to be an opinion nazi, So whatever.
A small border would be good aswell, Maybe a render because its a bit empty, but I love the whole concept. You copied my translation idea aswell lol. 7/10.

Foog I like the animation for the text kinda and the bg is pretty cool. 7.5/10 because it dosen't contain your name and you have to let people know who's makin these ownage sigs. lol, put a small border on it too.

Burner ehhh, sort of simple, try using color balance and use more dephness when brushing, meaning try get more brighness and shadow spots.

Hurly, nice background but texts are eh, practice texts, also most of those sigs are tiny either it got cropped when you uploaded or you made them that small.
Anyway:
Hmm, just tryed what anferny suggested using layer mask and guess what it looks cool:

Try not to brush close to each other...Especially if theyre bright..
I got to say #12' s the worst..

#7->Try to use different brushes...Dun keep stampin the same ones...And the "hurly" definately cant make it..
