I've downloaded this: 1.10 Item Vault Version 1.2
now my question is how the f*** I use them??? The same goes for these: whiteelites&exceptionals 3primeevil rareelites wolf_items 284uniques hope someone can help a boy from DK

You have to use Hero Editor, you can find it under the download section.

yeah. go into the editor, and open one of your single player characters, go into their inventories in the editor, import the items after having extracted them.

I believe the question was answered, so no reason to reply, eh? Kenn. I use UDIE 2 or w/e it is. I find it personally easier for importing / exporting and editing items, and as that's what you're doing.
