avoid im viruses look here

ok i found this when looking around the net to help keep from viruses cause they are attacken programs like yahoo aol msn and all

I really do feel bad for the person who actually accepts a file from someone they dont know or accepts a file that they are unsure of what it is. I hope no one here is dumb enough to fall for it.

I download stuff all the time. Wink I've got more firewalls than most servers. Right now, I have 2 hardware firewalls, 2 routers with software firewalls in the routing distro that I have on them and of course on my main system, I have three third-party firewalls.
And no way would I ever browse the internet without my trusty virus scanners. (Plural)

im guessing im beyond all reason
i have windows firewall, virusscan, and adaware
that not much but im so paranoid that i can list all of the sites i have ever been to on 2 hands
msn.com, yahoo.com, cnn.com, xanga.com, d2sector.net, 1up.com, hmm...did i miss any? hmm...nope
