Progftram to make hacks on open?

I just started playing around on open yesterday, hero editor is all i know how to use.... how do I make hacked items? Any suggestions would be apreciated,

You have to download an item pack, then when you use the items w/ the hero editor you right click and you can add the magical attributes.

IF u put monster abilities on a weapon(the abilities with** after them)they dont work.
to get them to worh u have to put a non skill on a charm then in the extra menu go to char
hex...after this u need to get the number of the ability(its the number of the skill u put on the charm)and convert it to hex..after u convert it look for 64 id skills on the scroll bar in hex tab

EX:Baal nova 316 =13c after u do this u seperate the hex like this 3c 01(moving the one to the end and adding azero inbetween) now u go to the top of the hex screen where a long line of code is it shold look like this unless u have skills asigned to the f buttons.
FF FF 00 00 FF FF 00 00 FF FF 00 00 FF FF

now u put 3c 01 in and it should look like this
3C 01 00 00 FF FF 00 00 etc....

save the editor with the char in ur inventory and play diablo
now when u play if u push F1 the right skill tab will dissapear and it will say a evil force
if it is done sucessfully it should shoot fire balls in all direction of the field when u use right click.......

I make all of my items from scratch, from hero editor in your invintory go to Extras and there should be a list of all the items in the game, plain, no magic attributes. And i just start adding my own from there

For the advanced or foolhearty... I give you.. HEX EDITOR!
You can edit any aspect of anything in this, but I wouldn't know how to use it.

Hex editing isn't that hard once you know how to do it..But its not as useful anymore since b.net put a max restriction on the life...You can edit it all the way up but when you join a game it will go back down, I haven't played open in a year so I don't know the exact amount.. I said it was. But it would still help somebody who knows nothing, unless battle.net changed the character files ( I dont know )
