Help With No Cd-Loader

ok well, my dad kinda got pissed at me and snapped my d2 expansion disc so now i cant play, its been like a month and i wanted to check and tell my clan what is going on lol and i dont feel like buying another expansion disc, its still installed on my computer is there a program i can use to open it and play without the expansion disc?

I think it's impossible now, unless a friend has the Diablo II CD. Since you need to copy the D2xMusic.mpq and the D2xvideo.mpq to your Diablo II folder.

hm, yeah thats what i was thinking but just wanted to check to see if there was another way, so i could just get 1 of my friends over wit there cd-key and copy those files from the cd-drive thing, paste into my diablo 2 folder and then load d2loader and it will work?

Yup, that should work. Assuming you've made a full install and everything.

Or you can just uninstall the game, and then install it again using your friends CD but your own CD-key.

EDIT: I'll see if I can upload a copy of my D2xMusic.mpq and D2xvideo.mpq files, if you want to download.
