exp question

I was wondering if whether you who get more experience doing baal runs by yourself(which i prefer to do) or if you would get more in a party?
any help would be shveet

You get more while in a party of a full game.

hmmm cuz it seems like the oppposite to me, like when i'm doin nm cows i get **** all experience when the room is full, but i don't take notice in baal runs cuz i don't have time to look down. well thanx for your answer

wats easier i think if theres a full game join it then baal u get all the exp adn u dont have to share ne among the ppl but sitll counts as a party of 8 ppl, liek my friend baals pl while i trist my self

u get exp based on what lvl u are in the party. if your lvl 90 and everyone else is lvl 85, u will get the most experience, u also get extra exp if u kill the monsters. and if your 80 and everyone is 90, u wont get much exp even if u kill the monsters.

and if u're the higher lvl char, the exp penalty will hurt u more than the other players, so in the end u're still getting less exp. kinda sux, doesn't it?

i miss the days where u could get to lvl 99 in a matter of days/weeks. blizz had a good reason to put exp penalties, but i think they overdid it.

Y... They overdid it... I have a lvl 94 pala When i baal run I tele + kill most of the monsters .. and the exp sux..Takes so long to get lvl..

well if ur the highest lvl but dont kill, u still get the same exp as a lowest lvl and kill. u get a decent amount if ur highest and kill.

true, but now only those who have pretty much no life outside of d2 can get to lvl 99 (no offense to anyone who DON'T spend that much time and still get to 99 lol). it's imbalancing.

does it really matter if everyone gets to lvl 99? afterall, if everyone's super strong, then nobody is. 0.7% exp at lvl 98 is just ridiculous. i can't seem to even get past lvl 90 right now.

I know of a bunch of people who were level 97 after 8 days of ladder season... it takes weeks to level from there.
