Make sure you have checked while loggin onto b.net that your realm is on the current realm you play on. I know sometimes i click uswest, when i play on east and my acct doesn't work on west, i get scared then figure it out. So maybe that could be the problem, or it could be due to lagg in b.net server. I would suggest trying to have one of your friends go into the game and grab the remaining items, logg off / shut down your comp, restart, and try logging onto the correct realm once again. Hope i helped in any way :confused:
