Usually ironman is played on hardcore realm and everybody loots, so whoever wins get all the gears. Leveling is done in the party of 8 (all players) and then everybody levels until the last person is lvl 9 (so if ur quicker u get more lvl ^^) . but whataver works for you guys sure good luck all.
