Chaos Sanctuary low leveling?

I have been reading about poeple saying they gonna level low chars in hell sanctuary, cause they get experience.
How does this work?


btw, i know how to get a low char to hell, just now how to level it.

Is there any spesial monsters?
Do i have to be a sertant minimum level?

Chaos Sanctuary runs from level 1-21, and then normal cows from 21-24, then normal ancients will bring to to 25.

From 25, you will get at LEAST 6 levels a game. (My record is 11).
You do this until level 59, and then you do nightmare ancients. After that, do hell ancients and baal away

I thought you guys did sanctuary in hell from level 1-70

You can do sanc from 1-70 after getting rushed just most people dont. You would gain levels pretty fast though.
