*raises his hand*
1) Open up Photoshop (duh)
2) Go to View--Show--Show Extras Options
3) Disable all of the extra options.
4) Hit "OK" and you're done. Now even if the extra button under View (which u can also just click each time you make a new document, and that'll turn off all of the extras) is checked, since you have no extras enabled, there will be no extras shown in your document.
