if so the damage output would be great with lvl 30 holy shock lvl 21 thorns lvl 9 fanat my speed and damage would be immense. please tell me if this is a good idea if not then ill just stick with the regular werewolf guide i also heard that people think that this method is cheap but i see it as being if it helps it helps unless it is uber strong

i dont think thorns works in pvp, or it does very little dmg anyway. id use fort archon for the nice defense bonus and %ed. and beast is 1 handed or 2 handed depending on the weapon, id use beast zerker.

Hell no, that's such a waste of runes. A level 21 Thorns will return 1050% of the damage you recieve, but against other players, it's only 1/10th of this. Then you only do 1/6th of that damage because you're damaging another player, and in addition to that, your opponent has probably got 50% damage reduction. So in total you'll return 1/12 of the damage you recieve, and that's for melee physical attacks only. Silver is right, Fortitude offers 300% Enhanced Damage and will be so much better.

As for the Dream helm and Shield, a level 30 Holy Shock will do 1-278 aura damage, and add 1-1668 damage to your attack. A Phoenix with 400% Enhanced Damage will add several times this, and leave your helm slot open for something else. Need I say anything more?

how much is phoenix worth and what are the runes for fortitude, also if i use beast 1 handed i could use dream shield is this good or no

PvP melee should have a the most dr, enhanced damage, enhanced defense, res and increased attack speed possible. Go with the fixes that silver and cahut made.

Check the Arreat Summit for the runes required, make whatever weapon you want (my suggestions are either Beast, Doom or Breath of the Dying in a Berserker Axe) and get a Stormshield. Unless you're a Sorceress or Paladin, then a Dream is useless.

i was going to list phoenix for its immense dmg but sine fury hits 5x im not sure if the firestorm will stop it from attacking (it does on smite). perhaps a ss shaeled or something similar.
