Request for "Elite" Orb Sorc

Ok, am gonna redo my orb sorceress, and i want her this time to be as perfect as i can get her.
She must have:
105% Faster Cast Rate (for good teleport breake point)
Good Resist (so i can take damage)

Skills wich gonna be done in this guide is already decided adn wont be changed.
01 Warmth
01 Shiver Armor
20 Frozen Orb
20 Cold Mastery
20 Ice Bolt
20 Telekinesis
Rest into Energy Shield


It is important for me that this sorc will be great, and i can affort everything to make her.

Stormshield would require to much strenght, even with a -15 juwel.
Right now, i have been thinking a little and maybe i shoud go down on the FCR from 8 frames(105%) to 9 frames(63%).
This the eqipment she gonna use atm. I am willing to change gear if something better is suggested (shoud not be to hard).

notice casters do no require the fact that it doesnt matter if they freeze or not. casters will always cast the same casting speed so cham is not required in that shako

as long as your not going pvp that gear seems fine. might i suggest finishing off ur sorc with a few pts into thunderstorm and light mastery?

you could switch the shako for 3cold sorc /20%fcr circlet and put a shael in it

u need max fcr then, otherwise dont expect to win. i myself never would be caught dead using coh on a sorc, even a perf resist umed vipermagi is better. as for ur armor u could use a +3 to thunderstorm ormus and put 1 pt into light mastery, frozen orb+thunderstorm works alright.

lol oops cuz i was thinking of my fire sorc. sorry.. & ya nwing would be betterr helm..

& if u got 2 cd keys & u really want to be godly.. get wizzy gloves, 15/-15cold HHG, & in pk games.. make sure u get 2 chars in 1 game so u can perm urself, a conviction or meditation pally with exile will do (im not sure with this lol)
