Ladder Only Rune Word MOD

Does anyone know of a MOD that allows you to create the new Ladder and Closed B.net only rune words on Single Player or Open B.net? If so, please post the link where you found it or send me a copy.

i dont knwo if its the same one but there is one at ladder hall dont knwo exactly where but only works on open and if u make a game, my friend found it and got it, i dont know where ti is but its htere at ladderhall

Nope not the same one,, this mod was released 5 minutes before my previous post in this thread, can only de downloaded form the link I posted

How to install
Requirements: Diablo 2 expansion and 1.10 patch have to be installed before playing this mod

Go to your Diablo folder and make a backup copy of the patch_d2.mpq file, (best to keep the backup copy in a different folder outside the diablo2 folder).
Copy the patch_d2 that came with this zip to your diablo2 folder.
Start the game and have fun!

Note You need to have 1.10 patch installed to play this mod!

Thats odd, its written with regular notepad so should open with just about any program. There us another file Readme.txt where all recipes, runewords and changes are listed, does that file open for you, also what prog do you use to view text files?

The readme opened but the install part didnt....i run them on notepad
