haha that is the stupidest thing ive ever heard, D2, starcraft, Warcraft 3, all suck compared to the new mmorpgs that you have to pay for. If anything they will shut down their servers before that happens.

Yeah, any game that requires servers that need to host like 2,000 people playing at a time will be pay-to-play. Diablo on the other hand.. the games max out at 8 people so it will never be pay to play. I don't think they will shut down the D2 servers, they probably run their websites off of them or something

First of all they will never make it pay to play... its to risky of a move for bnet to make since diablo and warcraft is like the number one money makers for bnet cuz it freen and even tho there old games they still sell them like crazy.....and the d2 server will never be closed....take a look a diablo 1 and its server is still working i believe and who knows how old that game is lol
