anyone know what an assasin circlet with the following stats is worth if anything at all?

20 fcr
+20 str
+19 resists

Probobly worth a few runes, maybe even 1-2 hi, some people still think fcr matter's for traps, dual socket it and it'll be worth quite a lot.

i traded a circlet like that on west for about 15+ hi runes but east everything much cheaper i'd still say 7+ runes

i looked on AS and couldnt find the recipe to socket a rare item. Is there one?

RARE ITEMS WILL NEVER GET TWO SOCKETS!

Yes, Rare items with two socket exist, but this is only because they have spawned with the Jeweler's or Mechanic's prefix.
