Where to find eth ba?

Where have u found ETH ba? I've tried a lot with cow, but it dont drop. Where have u found, and what is the best place to get it? Please answer fast. And btw. Anyone can give me a free one on europe?

I just found an eth ba today while running The Pit. (Tamoe Highland, Act1, take outer cloister wp)
