It depends whether you want gores or shadow dancers. Shadow dancers=more dmg + more dex, but gores give you like 15% to open wounds and 2 other things I think which could help alot with your fury. And use trang gloves if you want decent poison dmg. So basically, if you're going to use coa and shadowdancers, you might as well get rends since you['re going to be using a lot of str anyway. With trangs, gores, and gskull, you'd have probably less dmg but more psn dmg, but a little more life.

G skull has a high str req.....Might as well get coa...socket a 15/-15 jewel inside and a 5/5 psn facet....Get str scs if u dun wanna use 15/-15 jewel...

heres what i'd use
2x 5/5 psn die facet coa with perf dr and any resist
armor=probably archon coh
weapon 1: chaos suwayyah with + to dragon flight and possibly mind blast
weapon 2: fury suwayyah for its nice 66% open wounds to combine with venom
gloves: trangs obviously,or dracs for the 25% open wounds adding with gores to over 100% open wounds, but u could use +3 to shadow discp gloves for pre-buff because i think they exist but i may be mistaken
belt: i'd use verdungoes for its nice %dr but if u have enough dr already arach is probably the best.
boots: gores for the open wounds and useful mods or perf dancers, i'd use dancers.

anything i havent mentioned like rings and ammy im not sure of if u need ar or not. also use cta+spirit on switch or cta+lidless if ur nl.

Last time i checked gskull requires 106 ish and coa 174 ish.

try to get good claws for the chaos and fury, and i used a nice shako for mine, but i think 2os gskull would work well too
