Favorite Mass-Multiplayer game

Hey whats everyones mass-multiplayer game Mine is probably diablo 2 or WoW

Diablo II, definitely. But if I had to choose something else, it would have to be LOTR Battle For Middle Earth. I don't know why, but it had me hooked from the start.

EDIT: FFXI was also a great game until I ran out of money

Yeah... I'd have to say SC or Halo 2, but if you mean like MASSIVELY multiplayer online game, with a bunch of people in one world, then I'd have to say that I don't know of any that I've played.

diablo 2 is the best, but if you want to play with real life friends, i'd have to say it was the goldeneye 007 for the N64. The graphics sucked, but who knew back then? It was great fun

i agree with pyro on the n64, goldenye rules. so does Conker's bad fur day (you all gotta rent it alteast once)

ive never really played a mmo, but cs and d2lod are my favourite multiplayer online games.

I don't see D2 as a mass-multi, best I've ever played (real mass-multi) was Runescape (free, browser based, which means you can pay anywhere)

How ever for small scaled game's I alway's liked the star empire games.

OK seriously if you could xfer by yourself *besides using d2loader or waiting in the game for 5 minutes..* and if diablo 2 lod had better fixed up items for the v1.11 patch, i would say diablo would be the best game for its type. seriously...

anyways what about battlefield 2.. that game is so fricken swwWWEET!!! ^ ^

ok i agree with link for ever a little bit about 8players not being massive. I think the best game out there thats massive is dark age of camlot cause it's just so good. A little to slow paced for some though i enjoyed it so much when i played it at friends house i only have a lvl10 but i played a high lvl in the battlegrounds before man that games rocks.
