Not if you do not ask for it. Thats one of the reason is called Development.
If you have any items that you wanna use for him, then you shoud mention it. You should also mention what type of barbar you are looking for. It would also be good if you told how rich you are.

ok well i do have a suggestion i gave my friend and its less than a 5ist build if ur on ladder just msg me and ill let u know if his is working or not cuz i dont wanna mislead u

If your super poor just make an IK barb, only costs like an Um for the whole set. Or if you can get armor for pul, you can probably buy the rest with pgems.

its not very hard to get rich on ladder, being all u need is a dclone killer build to kill him then a moderated anni trade so u can get a few hrs for ur anni but ill try for a poor build

ammy: angelic
weapon: grandfather
armor: shaftstop
shield: stormshield
gloves: low dracs gloves are fine
rings: angelics
belt: perfect dmg reduct string
boots: gore riders

switch: 2 +3 to warcry spears

max: battle order, shout, wirlwind, sword mastery and finish with iron skin
put 1 pt into natural resist battle command and the prereq's
