I think the first one is charsi food since it has no str mod on it but the second I am pretty sure is worth a little something...maybe a hr or two???

the first one is a nice low budget ring for a caster, i wouldnt give it to charsi since it could probly get an ist. the second one would probly go for a few hrs on bnet forums.

well casters rarely block so dex isnt very useful thats why its not much.

um dex is very useful asns, so keep it, ive got a sick ring with mana resist and dex, with fcr, and on east NL its like 10+ sojs, anyway the second one is ridiculous, the first one you should at least keep

The second one is damn good. Few HRs it would go for. 1st sucks. Unless it's for like a hammerdin or something.
