Closed Battle.Net are divided into two parts, Ladder and Non-Ladder. In both of those cases, your character file is saved on Blizzard's server, so you can't edit your character or anything.
Then there's Open Battle.Net and Single Player, where your character file is saved on your own computer, so you can edit or change your character whatever amount you want.
Most of us play on Closed Battle.Net (whether Ladder or not), because it's the only real way to play (though trying out a certain build on Single Player might be useful).
I'd be happy to make your build with perfect stuff using a editor, if you want to see its full potential.

Just a stab in the dark here...
Could you not max poison creeper. instead use Carrion Winds (rings) and use the synergy charge bug from Poison Creeper charges.
When I say charge bug I mean when you dont have any points in a skill, and you have charges of that skill, your skills recieve synergies from the charge
thoughts please

Sir,
This has been addressed Alien Hunter. Yeap, i know that by not maxing the poison creeper, and just wearing the Carrion Wind Ring you'll get 21 levels of free synergies. However, that is really your call.
Here is one of the many reasons i can give you:
Till you reach the level of being capable to wear the ring, your rabies is pretty much useless. The damage is just to slow to even be applicable, and to make it worse, divide that value over a period of time. Because if you were to try and get spells like a bear or Hurricane, you might have a tough time reaching the level , because of not having any synergies for those skills, (Bears/Hurricanes). The level required for Carrion Ring is ...60 or 70, which is pretty high up, if you do not go for rushed games. It's really your call.
Anyways, oh yeah, could you test it Cauhtemoc? Let me know if you get roughly the same damage, that would be great. Hmm, now i remember, no wonder that i chose not to play Open, because the first time i got in, everyone was dropping free stuff.
Haha.
Do have a nice day .

Attached to this message is a ZIP-file with two characters. The first one is your build, with perfect equipment, the second one is my version of your build, which is heavily optmized for duelling.
My build have somewhat lower life, but it's got 50% damage reduction, full 75% blocking (that's three times as high as your version). It's also got lower damage, but makes up for this with a Holy Freeze aura and over five times as much attack rating.
If you ever decide that you want to duel (which you most certainly will at some point), then your build won't stand a chance against 40'000 defence Zealots and Smiters.
EDIT: Attachments removed.

Sir,
Thanks, haha, strange though, my Hero Editor had some bad information, you had 70K plus of damage !
Nice work there, thanks for the pictures. But, do you really want that much life? Why don't you like add it to dexterity or something, not all poor people can afford an Annihilus Charm
But thanks anyway, nice pictures. And to think they are only level 90!
Do have a nice day .

Sir,
Hmm, the good thing is, around level 80+
You'll probably have the same damage as that shown in the picture. More hopes for your Druid players out there !!
The only difference will be the life!
However, I strongly suggest cutting down on vitality, and adding dexterity, the Attack Rating is just too low. Either that or wear the Angelic Rings and Amulets.
Do have a nice day.

Sir,
Yeap, even if you remove your amulets, i still think your damage will be higher than the original.
The power of discussion.
I feel so greatful to Cauthemoc! The build is much more refined now. It's strong now! My God, 7k of life, that's insane.
(^_^)
Do have a nice day.

Do you think it would be better to use soul drainers or trang claws.. or *gasp* both?

Sir,
Erm, may i ask what do you mean by both exactly?
Sorry, i'm abit blur, but definitely, The Trang Gloves is considerably good for poor rabies druids, it's a free 25% free bonus of damage.
Souldrainers, is it the gloves with dual leeches? One thing though, this build does not go head on for combat, so don't be mistaken with that.
Thanks, do have a nice day .

Well you see I plan on getting a bramble and so I should have pretty high damage anyway. The reason I was thinking about using the soul drainers was because of the leaching, and if I ever get stuck in a large group of monsters it could help me greatly.

Sir,
Hmm, the problem is , his attack speed is slow, i mean, around like 2.5 hits a second, and not really alot to leech, just a warning sign, you may try though, you won't like the outcome, cause i've tried it.
Do have a nice day .
