no hes making a pvp summoner so hes gonna use skeleton warriors whichhe should use either decreptify or amplify early on but decrep later def and yea a mage nig works good

uhh its a BONE necro so lower resist only lower their lit fire ice psn res not magical res so it wont help and rookie i have no comment he isnt making a summoner decrep would slow them down so that you can hit them ezier

He says hes a PvP bone necromancer. This gives tree alternatives. Pure bone necro, bone necro with revives or a poison necromancer. He mentioned that hes gonna use a firegolem (wich only is nessessery for a poison necromancer), so assume hes a poison necro. You never know because poison skills are often mentioned as bone skills. If the case is that he is a poison necromancer, then lower resist is the curse hes gonna use. If hes a bone necro with revives, then iron maiden is a good curse. If hes a bone necro without summonings, then decriphy would be the best. However decriphy has low range, and last a very short time. Decriphy removes physical immunitys like amplify, gives 50% more damage taken and 50% slowed. Many bone necros finds it more usefull to put remaining points into bone armor. I always thinks that a enigma breast plate is the best. It has only 30 strenght required and it gives 800-900 defence. Annihilus, strenght items and charms can fix the remaining strenght if it shoud be nessessary.

Would be fine if you told wich of the necros you are, if it is any of the one mentioned above.

actually your wrong, theres 4 alternatives, you missed summonmancers, which can actually pwn pvp. My friend had a sick one with beast twin axe and crazy high skeles.

No, am not wrong. You are talking of a summoner with bone skills. Its not in the category of a bone necro. A summoner is a category for its self.

i'd use spirit monarch for a shield or u can use a +3/3/3 umed darkforce... make sure u get a perfect fcr spirit though if u do get one. no flaws here

a spirit monarch is the runeword spirit in a monarch. it does +2 to all skills 20-35% fcr 55% fhr around 100 to mana and other cool things.
