How do you summon diablo in town on open bnet

I have played many times and people summon a huge dioblo clone in town i know how to spawn onw out of town but how do they make those ones in town. Its like they are summoning a golem that looks like diablo. Is it possible they made an item on here editor that was metal that could spawn diablo then used iron golem to make that item a diablo.
