Well if you want to get technical than I am thinking Xbox would be the one with the most money...you know being owned bye Microsoft and all. Microsoft has the monolopy on the computer market, Sony sells...other stuff. And Nintendo is sticking to what they are good at, which I am glad about, can you imagine Nintendo TVs? or Nintendo computer accesories?
I see what you are saying, but I think Nintendo is long from going out of business, I own several Nintendo T shirts, there is another industry for them to fall back on if they really needed any, think about it, in the avarage day how many Zelda or Mario t shirts do you see?

Oh, it must be an american thing, when I went to Six Flags I saw at least 40 people wearing Zelda shirts, most of them were the same one.
I guess that wouldn't make sence to you
But basicly I mean Nintendo isn't going out of business anytime soon, though Sony has more to fall back on.

Nintendo has shown losses for the past 2 years. Yes, I would hate to see Nintendo die, but I'd be happy as hell if they just went into making games.
Also I did lend credence to Nintendo considering that I mentioned Zelda and Metroid two of the best and oldest franchises.

That is why Nintendo is so amazing, the other two companies have other major products besides just video gaming that they have to help support each of their video gaming industry; meanwhile Nintendo is doing well basically just having their industry being video gaming. (and any other products that they make are a direct result of their video game industry, such as being able to make any clothes that may have their licensed video game characters on them.) Microsoft and Sony went into the video game industry after seeing how successful Nintendo was, and those two companies had the capabilities to use the basic concepts of "old school" gaming and take it up another level with their own systems.
btw, i'm also wearing a nintendo shirt now lol; the Samus one that came free with having pre-ordered Metroid Prime 2.

since x-box and sony came into the picture of things ,they were both wealthy and have access to a larger stockade of better hardware ,sony was the downfall of sega ,who knows what will take down the last of the pure gaming companies nintendo, i've heard japan or china x-box sales are almost nothing (i bet this was old news ,but oh well.)i am a major nintendo fan buying the revolution b4 anything else , i just hope this will grab the attention of non-nintendo types .
now i want to buy a nintendo t-shirt now...any way i think i might get the next gen's in this order

i think nintendo is going to be lasting for awhile as they can come out with new gaming systems...and games... and the sony with xbox will just rival eachother when new one's come out.. for eternity. or until no more gamers exist and people like jack thompson will win and vote them out... -_-" which will never happen. ever...
Has anyone here played all the new and old series of Grand Turismo? lol i have ..i swear its the only and best driving race game there is out today.. i saw another game but i cant remember the name..

I was wearing a Zelda shirt, it shows the last boss room in the first game (the skull) and Link holding a triforce shard, that shorts is awesome, then it says LOZ at the bottom, noone gets it...
But that's besides the point, Nintendo is far from gone, as some of you may hope so. Sure 360 and boomerang are doing great, may even have more money, but in MY opinion Nintendo a better company...
Also as long as we have 40 year old people who got their first NES the day it came out than there will always be Nintendo.

ya most people may just buy the nintendo just for the download function alone ,allowing them to play games they used to play,but as of now the revolution has the largest game libarary yet haveing over 20+ years of games. but it comes down to the power and cost of the systems that will determine the overall outcome of nintendo's continued service in video game consoles. so we have to just sit here and wait untill that time comes.

I was reading something and came across this argument: the only real video game systems out there are DS, GC, and Advance. all the other newer stuff are simulaters. They are to realistic and not what video games used to be. =)
Not that I agree with it totally, except for the end. But it is an interesting view.

Not that I agree with it totally, except for the end. But it is an interesting view. Thats a rather biased view. all those are nintendo, and even that console has some technically stunning games. So in affect, its a simulator going by those rules aswell. You forget in all, that all consoles have examples of classic gaming.
Look at ratchet and clank, and jak and daxter, classic platformers with original concepts, but with added twists.

I have the first 2 Castlevania games and love them, they just freeze all the time on me, I need some new ones. hey, how about I just download them when R comes out. =DDD
I don't know much about Asia but I do know that they don't like Xbox over there, what one do they like the best? PS3 or NR/

My prediction is that Revolution will come out, millions of people will get it, some for just downloading games that they love from when they were 10-17 and Nintendo will reigne supreme once more
The golden age will return, when Nintendo ruled the world.....and it be the same games as the first time haha
