ww's are controlled only by the mouse and shift button. to do really short ones u sometimes hold shift button.

hold shift and hit the right mouse key with the ww skill selected on the right skill side. you should ww differently then normal.

I usaly just hold down shift and hit ww and then i click alot he ww's so fast and short and I can do the glitch so he can ww in town

Well put ur ww on the left side and if u want ur ww to last a couple second in town when someone is goind in town click on them once ur ww shuld follow them in town. if u want it to last for 1 sec as i said hav it on ur left side hold shift down and click inside town

I think the answer ur looking for is WW on right click and teleport on left click. you teleport (holding shift) in front of a guy, then rihgt click just beyond the target and once u have ww'ed past ur target, you teleport to new area and repeat.
This is how I do it, but I might not be doing it as fast
